I infused for the longer end of the range, and it ended up an absolutely fantastic gin that is now my go-to house choice. It’s a great blend of herbs and citrus, with a delightful cardamom start and a dry finish. Not quite as refined as a Hendricks, as pine-y as Beefeater, or as fruity as Tanq Rangpour, but I think the flavor profile fits the balance delightfully. Also, being able to infuse for longer give it a more powerful flavor that meshes nicely with a quality tonic, or comes out over ice.
