The Traditional Method for Enjoying Absinthe:

 

  • Add 1 ounce of your homemade Absinthe to a Pontarlier style Absinthe glass.

 

  • If desired, rest a sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon atop of your glass.

 

  • Slowly drip 3-4 ounces of ice cold water over the sugar until the cube has dissolved.

 

  • Stir and Enjoy
