If you have a change of heart before your order ships, please get in touch with us straight away & we will be happy to refund the full amount of your order.

Once your goodies go into the mail, your order can be shipped back to us within 30 days for a refund less all shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or broken just let us know. We’ll send you a replacement* lickety-split.

    • Damage claims can only be filed within 60 days of the date your package was shipped to you.

USPS may need to physically inspect the package, please store the broken package until we recieve confirmation from the Post Office.
