Each and every Hoochfusion and Ginger Beer kit is handcrafted to order. While we strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days, the holiday season can delay the process. If you have a special shipping request please contact us so that we can assist you in expediting shipping.

This is the most cost efficient method for us to ship our products Internationally however, if you are concerned with the arrival time of your order we do not suggest this method.

Tracking Your Package:
Once we have your order boxed up and ready to ship, we will upload your tracking number into PayPal to help you monitor it’s journey. If for some reason you do not receive an email from PayPal alerting you to your tracking information or if you have any concerns please let us know and we’ll help you track your goodies down.
Returns or Exchanges:
Unfortunately, once your order has left our facility we can no longer refund any shipping charges incurred. Please let us know of any changes of heart as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped out.
At Bootleg Botanicals, we stand behind all of our products. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not 100% satisfied please give us the chance to make it right.
Damage in transit happens. We make every effort to insure that your product arrives in perfect condition. We use glass vials and bottles, if you see any cracks or broken glass DO NOT use it and notify us immediately. Your safety and satisfaction is paramount, we do not want anyone to get cut or hurt. Please notify us of any freight damage with 3 days after receipt, so that we can easily exchange your product. If possible, a photo of the damaged item helps us to file a claim with the carrier. Please use care when taking photos to avoid injury.
If you do not like the taste of the blend you have received please let us know, we would be happy to exchange it for something else.
If you need to return something, you will need to contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping an item back. Returns without a RMA number cannot be credited properly. Refunds and exchanges will be given on purchases with proof of purchase within the last 30 days, in the amount of the original purchase price less any shipping costs. We will accept opened or partially used product in exchange or for credit towards another product.
Our guarantee only applies to products made or sold by Bootleg Botanicals, we cannot compensate for any additional losses incurred through the use of our products such as the liquor used during infusion, the cost of return shipping or your time. If you have purchased one of our products through a retail location, please address exchanges directly with the store prior to contacting us. While we are happy to provide help in any way possible, we can not ship missing items from kits purchased from retailers directly due to situations beyond our control such as theft. Should the retailer not have additional inventory of the item you’d like to replace your incomplete kit with, please ask your retailer to contact us to place an order or return the item and repurchase through one of our other vendors.
The purpose of our easy return policy and 100% satisfaction guarantee is to ensure you are comfortable trying our top quality products. However, we reserve the right to limit this program for those customers who may be unable to find satisfaction with our products, product quality and/or our services.
